SEA BASS (lat. Dicentrarchus labrax) is mainly found in the Mediterranean waters, the Sea-bass is distinguished for its external silver-grey color, silvery sides and stomach and has almost cylindrical body structure. A traditional fish delicacy with its simple bone structure, makes the fish easy to eat as a whole. Cooked , grilled or fried, the fish retains its firm texture and tenderness along with its mild, delicate yet rich flavor.
Sea bass is a semi-fatty fish. For the weight conscious, it is best prepared steamed, poached, or in a parchment papillotte. Like all other fish, sea bass is an excellent source of high-quality protein. It is rich in vitamins A, B6 and B12 and provides a generous amount of phosphorus, potassium, calcium, magnesium, zinc and selenium.
Interesting facts about sea bass: It can grow till 1 meter in length and can reach weight of 14 kilograms; it is often called sea wolf.

SEA BREAM (lat. sparus aurata) is a fish with a distinct external color of blue-silver on the dorsal side (top of the back), with sides that are silvery blue-grey. Having an oval body, the meat is white in color, firm, juicy and moist, fine-grained and is delicious grilled. It is also very low in fat. The main characteristic of the Gilthead Sea-Bream is its golden crescent like crown between its eyes.
The sea bream is a lean fish, which makes it very easy to digest. We recommend poaching, steaming or cooking in parchment to preserve the low fat in the fish. Like most fish, the sea bream is an excellent source of high quality protein and provides a considerable amount of folic acid, vitamins B9 and B12, calcium, phosphorus, iron, magnesium and potassium.

Interesting facts about sea bream: Sea bream is often called queen of the seas. It is very interesting fact that sea bream in the beginning of her life is male and after it grows 0,50 to 0,60 kilograms it turnes to be a female and remains female.

MEAGRE(lat. Argyrosomus regius) resembles a Bass in form with a pearly-silver coloration, but is different in many respects including a salmon-coloured mouth, 9 rays on the first dorsal fin and distinctive large scales, with every fourth scale set at a different angle. The meat is white in color, firm, juicy and moist, fine-grained and is delicious grilled - fried - boiled.
The Meagre is a lean fish, which makes it very easy to digest. We recommend poaching, steaming or cooking in parchment to preserve the low fat in the fish. It has a high dressing percentage, low adiposity and healthy muscular lipid content.
Interesting fact about Meagre: It can grow till 230 cm long and can reach weight of more than 100 kg. The biggest meagre registered had 103 kg.

Mušule - dagnja (lat. Mytilus galloprovincialis) je školjkaš plavo-crne boje koji se hrani planktonom i algama. Za vrijeme oseke kad se nađe na suhom čvrsto zatvori soje  ljušture te tako satima može ostati bez vode. Mušule se mogu uzgajati samo na uzgajalištima koja se uglavnom nalaze u dijelovima Jadrana gdje je more izuzetno čisto a na sreću naše je jedno od takvih.

Gastronomske osobine: Jestive i žive dagnje su samo one koje su čvrsto zatvorene. Spremaju se na različite načine a u našim krajevima najčešće na buzaru, u salatama s plodovima mora, rižotima i slično.
