Josip Domazet

Born in Gaboš, working for Riba Mljet since July 2014

I came to Riba Mljet during the peak summer season. It was a great challenge and since it was a very busy period everything seemed to me hard and confusing. I did not want to give up so I pushed myself and after a while and with some help from a guy from Slavonia I learned how to do all the “sea stuff”. As the company grew and developed, I felt ambitious and wished to evolve and grow along. With great support and understanding on behalf of my superiors I worked on new skills and expanded my responsibilities and my limits.

After building this strong basis I have managed to have a very good quality of life and also fell in love! I do not know what the future will bring but I am one happy member of Riba Mljet team.
